1. Definitions

"Service" refers to any makeup artistry session provided by Tianmei at the client's chosen location. "Client" or "You" refers to the individual booking or receiving a service. "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Tianmei. "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions as accepted at the point of booking.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking enquiry or confirming an appointment with Tianmei, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are aged 18 or over, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Service Description

Tianmei provides professional home visit makeup artistry services across Taipei City. Services currently offered are: Park Stroll Polish (NT$1,500), Birthday Celebration Look (NT$5,400), and Luxury Spa-to-Style Experience (NT$21,500). Service descriptions, durations, and prices are as listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4. Bookings and Appointments

Bookings are confirmed via direct communication (email or phone). Availability is not assured until a booking is explicitly confirmed by Tianmei. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

We request at least 3 business days' notice for new bookings. For weekend or public holiday requests, we recommend enquiring 7 or more days in advance.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule should notify us as early as possible:

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: no charge
• Cancellations within 24–48 hours: 50% of the service fee may apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: the full service fee may apply

We understand that circumstances change. Please reach out directly if you need to adjust — we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the appointment location is safe, accessible, and reasonably well-lit
• Inform us of any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions relevant to the service before the session
• Be ready at the confirmed time, or notify us promptly if a delay is expected
• Treat Tianmei staff with respect throughout the session

7. Payment

All prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollar (NT$). Payment is due on the day of the appointment by LINE Pay, bank transfer, or cash. We do not store payment card details. Pricing is fixed as stated at the time of booking. Any travel or material supplements will be discussed and agreed before confirmation.

8. Service-Specific Conditions

For the Spa-to-Style service: the skin preparation component involves touch — if you have any conditions affecting your skin or face, please inform us in advance. We do not provide medical advice and our preparation is purely cosmetic in nature.

For the Birthday Celebration Look: all pre-session reference sharing and style consultations should be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment to allow adequate preparation.

9. Disclaimers

While we take every care in product and technique selection, individual skin responses to cosmetic products can vary. We are not responsible for reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities or pre-existing conditions. We do not make specific promises about the duration a look will hold, as this depends on factors beyond our control (skin type, environmental conditions, activity level).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, our liability arising from any session is limited to the price paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, imagery, and design — belongs to Tianmei and may not be reproduced without written permission. Clients are welcome to share photos of their session for personal use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
